Applicable Terms & Conditions

The Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed or actual number of guests whichever is higher. Minimum guarantees confirmed and contracted will not be reduced.

The guaranteed number of Plates will be kept ready at the buffet counter for Consumption. For additional plates the function organizer / Co-ordinator would need to place the requisition with the Banquet Captain / In-charge on duty.

The foof items provided by the 7Seasons Resort in the buffet are to be consum in the Resort premisses only. No leftover food will be packed or Removed from the Resort premisses for outside consumption irrespective of the number
number of persons actually attending the Banquet Function.

Chairs and Tables which are available in the Resort will be provided. Additional requirement for the same would have to arranged by the Function organizer.

The Resort Management is not in position to provide storage facility for the goods / Materials brought from the outside of the Resort, other than the venue reserved for the mentioned date & time. The Resort Management will not
accept liability for any damage or loss of merchandise left in the Resort, prior to during or after the Function over.

The clients and Function organizer is fully responsible for the protection of all surfaces & panels of Resort in case of outside props or equipments brought into the Resort by them or their affiliates. Any damages of the Resort surfaces
and panels due to disregards of the Resort Management Policy in this Matter will be at coat of the clients / Function organizer.

Any damages to the property / materials / equipments of the 7Seasons Resort during the course of Function organizer’s will be charged to the account of the Organizer.

Any kind of damages in the Rooms during their stay will be charged to the clients as per the Resort rates.

The Resort Management is not liable / not answerable for any loss of valuable articles, like mobile, camera, jewelry and cash or any damges to clients and their guest’s belongings during the Function in the Banquet Hall / Lawn. The rates quoted are Specific for the said Function only and are not applicable for the Future event. All the rates are Non-commissionable.

DJ people and decorators to be arranged by the Function organizer.

All the Buufet Tables with Decoration to be arranged by the Function organizer Extra Charges for heavy loaded electical connection & DJ is Rs – 15000/- per day the amount must be deposited in advance is mandatory.

Extra charges for diesel consumption of generator is Rs – 15000/- per day. the amount must be deposited in advance is mandatory. Either the Function organizer would have to arrange own stand by Generator from outside.

25 % of the estimated billing amount calculated base on the total function budget at the agreed rate must be deposited as advance at the time of booking Finalization is mandatory.

25 % of the Total Functions bill amount must be deposited before 48 hrs of the Function is mandatory.

50 % remaining balance payment and Full & Final Settlement of all bills must be completely cleared by Cash / cheques / Credit card immediate after the Function over.

The Resort Management would be unable to host the Function and has a fully right to cancel the booking in case of clause 1 & 2 of Payment schedules & Terms are not adhere to.

The Resort Management will not be liable to return any amount of advance money received, in case the Function be cancelled after the advance deposit is made. The Final Bill amount will not be reduce Or discount. Please do not request for discount after the Fnal bill is made and released once.

Please note that our Check-in & Check-out time is 12.00 Noon. Early morning Arrival From – 8. 00 hrs and late departure up to 3.00 hrs is subject to availability.
